"The only thing that is constant is change," was first spoken by the Greek philosopher Heraclitus, and that statement has never been truer in the world of radiology than now. Radiology practices are in a seemingly constant mode of growing, shrinking, selling, joint venturing, and acquiring. But the success of these new business models depends on the establishment of open communication and trust among the key players of the practice. But how does one go about building these relationships? What are the best strategies to employ? What are the pitfalls? This session will feature two radiologists and two administrators who have recently undergone a major change in their organizational structure and faced these specific challenges and successfully built the necessary bridges to ensure the success of their practices.
