The purpose of the session is to help department leaders learn to effectively manage common radiology human resources issues: retirement, part-time work, burnout as well as the impaired and disruptive radiologist. Each area will be discussed relative to what is good for the individual radiologist as well as for the department. This course will allow for group discussion of these common human resources issues.
