Description

The purpose of the session is to provide young physicians and residents a range of options for how they can participate in various types of imaging research within both academic and private practice settings. Radiologists who have pursued a variety of career paths will provide insight about why they decided to pursue research opportunities and what they found to be most helpful for achieving their career goals.

Learning Objectives:

  1. Discuss career development opportunities in academic and clinical practice.
  2. Implement practical skills in developing research and quality initiatives in clinical practice.
  3. Describe mentorship opportunities to enhance an academic and clinical research career.
