The purpose of the session is to cover the elements of negotiations as they relate to hospital contracts. The faculty will also share real-life experiences. Finally, there will be a focus on contract clauses that radiologists should understand and potentially alter. Developed in conjunction with the Radiology Leadership Institute ®

  2. Discuss clauses in a hospital contract that should be understood and potentially altered.
  3. Utilize the experiences of other practices to avoid pitfalls in hospital negotiations.
