Description
The purpose of the session is to demonstrate the value of having a full IR and INR clinical practice and the importance of providing longitudinal patient care. Examples of innovative practice models will be discussed and available resources will be highlighted. The session will address common issues seen with practice building such as economics, culture change within radiology groups, organizational changes within health care systems and will provide practical examples and potential approaches to solutions. Perspectives will be provided from academia, private practice and a hospital system CEO.

- Recognize the value of a clinical practice of IR &/or INR for Radiology groups and Health Systems
- Define the challenges and potential solutions associated with a clinical practice of IR & INR in both the academic and private practice environments
