Description
The purpose of the session is to provide strategies and tools to enhance the performance of a radiology practice. The course will highlight methods used to increase patient satisfaction and data analytics. Development and implementation of the many tools covered in this session will advance skills to improve the radiology practice.
Note: The Quality and Safety Program is formatted in five parts to provide attendees interested in Quality and Safety a comprehensive program that can be used to train and nurture specific individuals to serve their institutions as the Radiology Quality Officer.
Learning Objectives:
- Debate the pros and cons of commonly used peer review methods, including RADPEER.
- Discuss ways to incorporate new methods of patient satisfaction and service into your practice.
- Identify how to connect you and your practice to the most important social media sites for practice improvement.
- Develop techniques to deal with challenging colleagues.
- List ways to incorporate use of data into improved practice performance.
- Discuss the ACR Appropriateness Criteria, and ways to implement them in your practice.
