This session is limited to 45 participants. Space available on a first-come, first-served basis.

The purpose of the session is to demonstrate Peer-to-peer interaction and state-of-the-art technology from ACR's Mammography Case Review (MCR) program are blended to offer an engaging, interactive session. Using individual tablets or laptops, participants will access cases with superior image quality, viewer control of contrast and brightness, pan and zoom, and use of MCR's integrated detection tools - as renowned expert, Edward Sickles, MD, FACR, details the analysis, assessment, and management of breast imaging findings and the appropriate application of the latest BI-RADS® standards, which reflect the often subtle presentation of breast disease.

Learning Objectives:

  1. Identify the normal appearance of breast anatomic structures, especially benign fibroglandular tissue.
  2. Recognize abnormal appearances of breast anatomic structures, especially within the fibroglandular tissue.
  3. Select breast lesions (mass, calcifications, architectural distortion, asymmetries) that are appropriate for recall at screening mammography.
