Description
The purpose of this case-based interactive session is to review the framework of PI-RADS v2 for standardized analysis of mpMRI of the prostate and communication of imaging findings, utilizing a case library that illustrates a broad spectrum of prostatic pathologies, including common interpretation pitfalls. Highlights include an introduction to prostate imaging and PI-RADS v2, including reviewing of the PI-RADS LEXICON and ATLAS and a case library of 20 cases illustrating mpMRI of the prostate with pathology correlation. This session will be based on the case review course developed for the ACR Education Center

- Apply the principles of PI-RADS v2 for interpretation and reporting of prostate mpMRI
- Identify false positive imaging findings and understand the limitations of prostate MRI
- Apply PI-RADS v2 in the radiology practice
