The purpose of the session is to provide perspectives from non-radiologists as it relates to radiology. The volume to value shift in health care should prompt radiologists to ask the question: what do my customers really want? The best way to answer that question is to ask them. In this session, three leaders with individual expertise in the wants, needs and expectations of patients, referring physicians and hospital executives will answer this important question.
