The purpose of this session is to provide valuable tools to succeed in your practice.The session will also focus on strategies to be successful and thrive in practice including how to identify the right job and avoid medical malpractice lawsuits.

Learning Objectives:

  1. Identify the compensation, benefits, and terms of termination of a contract.
  2. Recognize how the legal system works in regards to malpractice suits.
  3. Describe how to avoid patient injury, better document, and better communicate with patients, as well as an appropriate consent form.
  4. Assess what a radiologist should look for in their current practice to determine if they are at the correct place of employment.
